ジョブズといえば、あのAppleの創業者であり、トイ・ストーリーを生み出したピクサーの創業者でもあり、スマホの開発者であり、さらには自分が作った会社であるAppleから一度追い出されたこともあったりと、とにかくすごすぎます。

今回は、そんな天才「スティーブ・ジョブズ」から、成功の哲学についてひも解いていこうと思います。

１．今この瞬間を大切に！

毎日を自分の人生の最後の日度と思って生きれば、いつかはその日がやってくるだろう。

２．常に問いかけよう！

If today were the last day of my life, would I want to do what I am about to do today?

And whenever the answer has been no for too many days in a row, I know I need to change something.

もし今日が人生最後の日だとしたら、今日しようとしていることは、自分が本当にやりたいことだろうか？もし答えが「違う」という日が何日も続けば、何かを変えなければならないことに気が付くのです。

３．本当にやりたいことは何なのか？

死を意識することは、人生の中で大きな選択をするときに役立つ、もっとも大切なことです。なぜなら、ほとんどすべてのこと、外部からの期待やプライド、恥や失敗を恐れること、これらのことは、死に直面したときにすべてなくなるのです。そこに残るのは本当に大切なことだけです。自分がいつかは死ぬということを意識することは、何かを失うことを恐れない、一番の方法なのです。君たちはすでにありのままなのです。自分の思うがままに行動しない理由なんてないのです。

５．自分の人生を生きよ！

Your time is limited, so don't waste it living someone else's life. Don't be tarapped by dogma, which is  living with the results of other people's thinking. Don't let the noise of others opinions drown out your own inner voice and most important have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everythin else is secondary.

あなたの時間は限られている。だから他人の人生を生きて時間を無駄にしないこと。ドグマに足らわれてはいけない。それは他人の考えと共に生きることになるから。他人の意見に自分の内なる声をかき消されないでください。最も重要なことは、心の声や直感に従う勇気を持つことです。どういうわけか、それらはもうすでに、あなたが本当になりたいものを知っているのです。ほかのことは、二の次でいい。

 ６．情熱で行動せよ！

The most important thing through I think is that you're going to start something new, you have to feel passionate about it because it's really hard, It's so hard to start a company. You have to work so hard that if you're not passionate abut it, you’ll give up. Most of the difference between people that succeed and people that don't is the people that don't give up.They give up sooner than the people to succeed . You have to be passionate about it because it's so difficult.

わたしが思うに最も大切なことは、何か新しいことを始めるときに、そこに情熱がなければならないということです。なぜなら、会社を設立することは、本当に大変だからです。本当に一生懸命働かなければならず、もし情熱がなければ、あきらめてしまうでしょう。成功する人とそうでない人のほとんどの違いがそこにあります。失敗する人は、成功する人よりも早くあきらめてしまうのです。情熱がなければ大変すぎます。

７．自分をもって生きよ

時に人生はレンガで殴ってくることもできますが、信念を失ってはいけません。

８．愛するものを見つけなさい

I'm convinced that the only thing that kept me going was that I love what I did. You've got to find what you love and that is as true for work as it is for your lovers.
